We understand the urgency of our customers
that are in manufacturing so we offer fast same day shipping on
all orders in stock and placed before 11 a.m. Pacific Time. Additionally
if you are local to us in the San Diego area you can make an immediate
pick-up at our location with previous placed orders in stock. We
ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx).
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the
next business day.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available on orders over $300.00. Look for the
Free Shipping Applies Logo. Shipping method will be UPS Ground.
(within the continental U.S. only)
UPS ground
Orders received after 11 a.m. Pacific Time will ship the following
business day. Please refer to the following map for approximate
Ground shipping transit times.

Express
For an additional charge you can choose 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air,
or Next Day Air.
Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express
shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated
transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse
on a Friday, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a
one day transit time.
Weekend delivery
Orders shipped via UPS (Overnight, 2-day, and Ground) are delivered
Monday through Friday only.
Orders shipped via USPS are delivered Monday through Saturday.
PO Box
Please note, at this time UPS is unable to deliver to an P.O. Box
addresses.
Include your phone number
Please include your phone number with all orders so that we can
provide it to the carrier in case of delivery difficulty. This is
especially important on international orders.
International orders
If your country is not listed and you wish to place an international
order, simply call or email us at customerservice@june-company.com.
International shipping rates apply to all orders shipped outside
the U.S. Free ground shipping does not apply to international orders.
Actual shipping charges will be calculated at the time of order
and are to be paid by the purchaser. Brokerage fees, import tariffs,
customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as
well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and
are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. Media
Monkey does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they
are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with
local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable
fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount
only minus 10%. June Company cannot refund any duties, taxes or
fees paid on the order.
Backorders
Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted
via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point
you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your
order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out
to you automatically just as soon as we receive the item from the
manufacturer. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only
provide an estimate as to when this will occur. Payments for backordered
items are made up front as part of the original order. If you choose
to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be
issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
Oversized Items Shipping
Heavy and oversized items will be clearly marked as such on their
product detail page. These products are subject to additional shipping
charges. Upon completion of the order process we will email you
the exact cost of shipping the oversized item you ordered and we
will ship and charge you for the order once we have your approval
of the shipping cost.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured against loss or damage. An extra fee is added
for this service and is calculated by the shipping service.
